Carrie Anne Moss

 

Canadian actress Carrie-Anne Moss, born August 21 1967. Her fame was boosted by her role in the film Trinity in The Matrix (1999-present) after her initial television roles. Memento (2000) was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male, Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000) and Fido (2006). Snow Cake (2006) won her the Genie Award as Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting role. She also portrayed Jeri Hogarth in various TV shows produced by Marvel Television for Netflix, most notably Jessica Jones (2015-2019).
